On-Site Inspection Service Inc.'s president, Ron Schloderer, has been a full time home inspector since 1991
and has performed over five thousand fee paid inspections throughout Southern California. Before founding On-Site Inspection
Service Inc. in 1997, he was the field operations manager for one of the largest real estate inspection companies
in Southern California. His attention to detail, ability to locate material defects and his professional manner
has kept him in high demand. Ron is a California Real Estate Inspection Assoc. certified inspector (CCI) as well as an American
Society of Home Inspectors certified inspector. These organizations require continuing education credits every year and hold their
members to a strict code of ethics. Prior to his home inspection career, Ron worked in the building trades starting
in 1976. He is a licensed General Building Contractor in California and has built houses from the ground up giving
him hands on experience of the techniques and proceedures used in constructing a safe house.
